According to my dashboard, I have Version 4.4.29 of the plugin but I have a problem with the categories not working and the search function is not working either. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin.

I know from now on that whenever your plugin has an update I need to delete the cache on all my browsers. Maybe this info could be added to your FAQ? I don’t seem to do this with other plugins. In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Product Inquiry CartI’m sorry this just doesn’t work. When clicking on an individual item and then choosing borrow the cart resets to zero. I can still see no way of getting to the cart to view what is in there. The cart info sits too far to the top right of the screen that some people won’t even notice it there. Without the ‘Read More’ link the list of products looks terrible.
Thanks for your help but I am going to have to change the site back to what it was. This means that users will have to send a separate form/email for for every item they wish to borrow. It’s not ideal, especially as some users borrow up to 10 items at a time but at least the site looked OK before.
I would love to view some other users pages that use this plugin so I could see how this should look. I like everything else about this plugin which is why we purchased it but it’s not terribly useful if users can’t select a number of items and contact us via just one email.

I can now see a borrow button alongside each item and can add them to the cart. But if I click the ‘read more’ link on an item the cart resets to zero. Also, when reading a product page, I thought the user would still see a borrow link but they don’t? Is there a go to checkout link? I can’t see it.
And the ‘Borrow selected Library item’ link gets cut off as it sits so far to the top right of the screen. I can imagine some users wouldn’t even see it there.
Is someone able to share me an example of their website so I can see how it should look, as this is just not going to work for us at all if I can’t fix it. Thank you!

So now there is no way for them to order the products. You can see what I mean if you open one of the product pages.

https://adsa.org.nz/about-us/library/UPDATE: I have managed to get the page to display correctly. Refreshing the page wasn’t enough. Instead I logged out and cleared my browser cache and then reloaded the web page; this seemed to fix the problem.

When I click on one of the categories on the left hand side I just get a message saying ‘Updating Results’ and then nothing happens. The same happens if I click the arrow to go to the next page of products, nothing displays and just the same message.
Our site is currently in a staging environment and due to go live this week. Can I have some help with this please asap?! Thank you.
