Hi yes, “Show Wordfence Automatic Blocks” option is enabled. No errors in the browser console or network. Not sure which cache you refer to mine on the computer or somewhere within Wordfence but I really don’t see why cache would result in several attempts to login from my IP when that had never happened and if it had why it did not show up on the blocked IP list.

Maybe it was a fluke and won’t happen again, although it is not the first time it has. I did notice that the IP address had been changed by my internet service provider but whether that was at the same time or some time prior to this I am not sure. I only spotted it because on receiving the email notification it was different to one I was used to seeing. It had changed from 198….. to I think 201…. but it has changed again now to 190…..

I doubt we will find a solution. Let’s wait and hope it does not happen again. If it does I will contact you again

Blocking is set for 1 month so that cannot be the reason why it was unblocked. What is strange is that I had not accessed the backend of the site for maybe 24 hours but the lock-out was because of excessive login attempts? I had only made one? The most strict limit is 5 in one minute?

Wordfence gets IP’s from “Let Wordfence use the most secure method to get visitor IP addresses”. The recommended option.

Thanks. I now see what you mean about the drop down list! As this says “all web data” I assumed it was referring to all data on this site. Now I see I can drop down to pick the single site.

However, this does not resolve the data issue. I still have nothing appearing on your reports nor in Analytics Google.

I would send a screenshot but there does not appear to be the option. I have submitted a support request as you have recommended.

Your FTP username and password would have been provided when you signed up to the hosting site. If you cannot find it now you will need to contact their support to obtain the details.

Hi Thanks for the reply but now is ok. My fault I was adding a currency sign ($) in front of the price and that was causing the problem

I found the site I was dealing with had been hacked with malicious code inserted in various places including at the beginning of the wp-config file and on virtually every .php file in the site as well as additional htaccess files added. I had to re-install all the WP Admin and Includes files and clean up files on the server and in several plugins.

so no simple solution unfortunately.

One is the plugin showing the Title & Description boxes indicating both within limits the other how this is being displayed in Google search results. I have found that when Google displays in that format I have to shorten the Title or/and Description in order to ensure my text is displayed and not what Google will opt to show when their limits are exceeded.

#2 This was the one I had a reply to before. It is a pity that not all page builders use the API. The one we have included as part of the Theme is WPBakery Visual Composer if you want to reach out to them.

#3 Yes I am aware of the option to disable but we do try to get the copy inside the parameters if possible but due to the requirements of writing a property description it is not easy.

As regards #4 as I mentioned this may be related to the way we operate. We use the h1 tag as the opener to a property description with the Keyword, Price and location so a visitor does know they are where they want to be and we don’t get a bounce.

Please let me know about #1 as that is probably more important than the others.

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling this might be necessary but was hoping there might be another solution that maybe someone, having had the same problem, had found an easier way.

The current W.P is WordPress 4.3.1 running WP Pro Real Estate 6.

I have taken screen shots but it does not look as though it is possible to attach them here. Can you give me a means to send them.. That will include a shot of all the other plugins used on the website..

Allow Shortcodes Ticked for yes.

The shortcode as an example which works now but not with the upgrade is [toggle][booking type=8 nummonths=2 startmonth=’2015-07′][/toggle]

Of course I realize it could be a conflict with something in the Theme or another plugin affecting our site alone.
