I updated to 4.1 before realizing it was in Beta and it has broken the site: Some issues from 4.02 have re-appeared in the code.
1) The required checkbox field not being recognized as checked if its the last or only additional field in the list, and not enforcing the required checkbox requirement if its not the last additional field in the list.
2) Reordering of dropdown option fields doesn’t carrry the hidden and options items for that line item to the corresponding line in their tab. Therefore it breaks the functionality
