Experiencing the same issue. I can detail that the issue only occurs when the Calendar module or the User Groups module of Edit Flow is activated — I can’t tell which, because I disabled both at the same time during testing.

I’ll update this thread if I get any more information.

Had the same problem and gave 1.4.1 a test drive. So far it’s been behaving properly. I’ll let you know if I experience any problems.

It’s to do with some changes on calling the prepare() function in WordPress 3.5.

I had to go into the source code of the plugin and change some things around in order to make it work properly. I can’t remember the exact changes, but it was basically finding all the instances of the prepare() function and making sure that %d came before %s in the code.

Found a solution: go into the Admin panel, deactive SPT, then reactivate it. After that, entering new templates should work.
