Sorry because I know it’s not my business, but I must point, as a constructive comment, that the support forum do not work at all.
If you solve the problem in the public forum, it’s much easier for your costumers to use your plugin. In the other hand, if we have to contact personally for each question to solve, I think that will not buy the plugin.
