OK, thanks, it does appear to be a cache issue. I am using Firefox, and clearing the cache has not helped. But when I use Chrome, the plugin works. I’ll use Chrome for now and keep trying with Firefox. Thanks for your help.

Many apologies, it appears to be an extension of a different plugin developed specifically for Ultimate Member – it’s so well integrated that I assumed it was actually part of your plugin. I will contact the developer of the other plugin.

For Custom Field Markup, I have <p>%%custom_label%% : %%custom_name%% : %%custom_value%%</p>

Excellent, that worked perfectly! Thanks very much, the form is now customized.

Regarding #2: in the settings screen, when I set up the custom field, I have entered “Copyright” as both the Custom Field Name and Custom Field Label. I set the custom field to appear at the end of the post.

Then I go to do a test post and enter “2019 John Smith” in the custom field. The post is submitted successfully. However, when I look at the end of the post, instead of saying “Copyright: 2019 John Smith”, it says “Copyright: Copyright: 2019 John Smith”. I’m wondering what I can do to get rid of the extra “Copyright:”.

Hi again Jeff, I have another issue I hope you can help with. Currently, when I go to one of my members’ list of posts and click on one of the posts, it will display the post, which is fine. Then, at the bottom of the page, there are the “Previous” and “Next” links. These currently link to the previous/next post in the overall archive, so they will link to whichever post comes next, regardless of who the author was. Is there any way that I can change the previous/next links on a list of posts by a specific user so that they link to the previous/next post from that user only?

Hi, many thanks for your reply – it was indeed the plugin. I managed to resolve this while going through some other issues with my hosting service. I’ve reverted to the default plugin now and everything seems to be working. WPUM is working great!

Hi Jeff, the quick reply is much appreciated. I reverted to the default Twenty Seventeen theme and still had the same issue. However, I then tried deactivating Ultimate Member and I’m finding that I can view the fell-length posts now. It would appear to be an issue with the settings in Ultimate Member, so I’ll have a look into that.
