When I activated the child theme, the site the theme is gone and there were blue and blue text and a plain white background. Do I need to add any other files to the child theme? I had to activate the parent theme so it can look fine again.

Now back to the original question lol. How do i put the collage and social media icons only to the homepage and no where else?

ohhh ok gotcha. Now question. in the original theme, it has a hover over the tabs. However I don’t want the hover to be there…How do i put that in the child theme?

Ok I may have to re-install twenty thirteen theme again so I can put the original in there.
