In reply to: [WooCommerce] GPSRHi Zubair Zahid,
this is the link to the law coming into effect on 13th December 2024:
To summarize it, every product requires additional information, such as manufacturer, responsible person for the EU (If the manufacturer is not in the EU), product data sheet with technical documentation, lab testing and instructions. This needs to be provided to customers within the EU before buying a product.
People who sell on market places like Amazon or Bols can already upload and add this information.
Now with Woo this could easily be done by having an extra custom tab, where we could enter the relevant information and upload data sheets preferably directly within each product.
I know there are already plugins on the wordpress – even free ones – I could use to implement this and fulfil the GPSR, but since all online shops will need this now if they continue to sell to customers of the EU, I wanted to know, if Woo will implement such a feature, before I go ahead and install another third party plugin.
@bagel1317 I already confirmed two weeks ago that my problem is resolved. Thank you.
Yes, I can also confirm that the message is gone in the customer order email. The consent status is now not documented on the order details page anymore (admin area), but only on the order overview page, but that doesn’t matter to me personal.
@pistachio6321 I didn’t know it was forbidden to offer access. I didn’t mean to cause you any trouble. Was just trying to help you. Sorry! Like I said, I cannot link to a product, because it’s a test site. Maybe someone else can.
But you are wrong saying the message in the order email is ONLY added, when using the Woo block based checkout. I don’t use the block based checkout and the message is still added to the order email. Plus I do have checkboxes in my checkout (some I created myself, some coming from third party plugins) that DO NOT leave an extra message in the order email. So it is surely coming from your plugin somehow.
@pistachio6321 I can give you access to my staging site if needed. It’s in maintenance mode and I don’t want to make that domain visible to third parties.
If that’s okay, let me know an email to send the login to.
I found an interims solution until the error is fixed. For those who don’t have hundreds of orders consenting to reviews (unfortunately in Germany most of the customers do not consent to an email being sent), disable automatic review emails, create an extra checkbox with a note showing on the order page in your child theme and then simply send the review email manually when the order is delivered. Yes, it’s a lot of extra work, but better than sending error messages to your customers ??
Thanks for the reply. Good to hear you’re working on a fix.
No, I don’t want to remove the text. I need the customer consent. I only want to remove this text from the order confirmation email sent to the customer. Your plugin adds this message to the Woocommerce email and I cannot find any way to remove it. When I look at the Woocommerce emails this additional text is not shown.
Can you help me on how to remove this text only from the email, so the customer doesn’t get it in their email? The text in checkout is fine and I need it there.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Debug warnings in file wp-cache-phase2.phpYes, it’s now working fine with no more warnings. I just deleted the whole store_notice line.
Thank you for your help @thingalon . Much appreciated!

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Debug warnings in file wp-cache-phase2.phpHi @thingalon ,
these are my excluded cookies:
woocommerce_cart_hash
woocommerce_items_in_cart
wp_woocommerce_session_
woocommerce_recently_viewed
store_notice[notice
id]If I understood it correctly, the ] of the last one store notice could be causing the error? I actually don’t even remeber adding that last line. However, I’ll delete it and we’ll see whether the warning still comes up.
I just updated to 6.5.1, but the ‘mollie_woocommerce_cancel_unpaid_orders’ action is still called every 10 minutes. Is that supposed to be called that often? No expiry dates set for any gateways.

In reply to: [Germanized for WooCommerce] Upgrade to 3.0 produces infinite loopSame problem on our website ??
Rollback to previous version and all is back to normal.Germanized team already answered. Nothing to do with their plugin. They just take the subtotals from Woocommerce.
I assume it might has to do with the Woo Update 3.6 where acc. to the changelog the tax rounding methods were refactored. ??
Same problem here ??
@aovivo, could it be related to Germanized Pro? I contacted Germanized Pro support, too. Perhaps Dennis can help.
