I installed your plugin but the total amount in the shopping cart is not showing in the check out page. Is there a code I can put in so the total amount in the cart will automatically appear in the check out page?

I am having problems with my checkout page. The total amount in the cart does not automatically show in the check out page. What do you think should I do? Do I need to pay the $79 to make the checkout page work? Or is there a code to make it work?
