Please attempt to disable all plugins and activate all of them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

In reply to: Featured Image (Header image) not responsiveOn checking the site on desktop and mobile, the image seems to be responsive. So I I have not been able to re-produce the issue.
Could you also look up support with the theme developer, who might be able to guide you better with how your website’s theme handles images.

Dashboard, look up Settings >> GeneralUnder that you should be able to check the timezone set on your WordPress website.

That same app should work with self-hosted WordPress sites.
Due to the differences between the free hosted blogs offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
