Transferring the content back to WordPress.com will only affect the posts and pages. The /wp-admin/ should be fine. I can access both /wp-admin/ and /wp-login.php of your website. Maybe it’s just a cache, please try to use another browser or computer to access the wp-admin.

Unfortunately the WP logo will still sends you to .org wherever you hosted the site.You should contact someone that handle your site previously to get the login information.
