The issue is resolved and I have posted the solution in the following link.

For that, you need to change your “Page Template” to “Page with Network Buttons”.

Pages –> All Pages –> Click “Quick Edit” that will appear under the page name when u put your mouse on the page name –> On the Right side, under “Template”, select “Page with Network Buttons”.
