Is it possible to send the link privately?

The problem is, I cannot get a reset email. Whenever I type in my email that is used with Wordfence and the admin of my website, the submit button remains greyed out. I’m really not sure what to do!

Note, that I am still able to log in too, but I cannot type an email address in the wordfence error page. Full error message below:
