Hey Gemma,
Were you using Yahoo Commerce Central (Lexity) as well? We have an app on there as well that installs our floating buttons, so you might have installed that app and that’s what was causing this.

This was fixed in the latest version of the plugin (1.4.2). Please upgrade if you haven’t already!

If you deactivate the plugin it should turn the buttons off. Have you installed any AddShoppers apps manually (not through the plugin)?
