I’m not using W3 total cache plugin anymore. And, I tried all the steps that mentioned in the guide but none of them work for me.

can i ask you something? I’m using SSL on my site but in my WordPress general dashboard setting WordPress address (URL) and site address (URL) are showing in HTTP. Is it causing the issue?

i aksed them so many times but they told me that there is no issue from their end and told to contact in the plugin forums.

my issue is resolved. it was an issue from the hosting side.

Yes, i checked once again and im getting only this three issues in my health check report. And i contact my hosting service and they said my SSL is working fine. Now i dont able to find the issue why is showing in “Outbound HTTPS not working for jetpack

i already tried by deactivating the plugins and themes, but it didnt work.

Its showing critical issue in my health check. its showing like this-
1. JetPack is not connected.
2. Your server did not successfully connect to the JetPack server using HTTP.
3. Your server did not successfully connect to the JetPack server using HTTPs.

i talked with my hosting company the told there is no issue with SSL certificate and its working fine.

yes i tried but still getting the same issue. i clared the cache and disable the plugin and tested but its not working.

I also tried “Start all scans remotely”, but didnt work.
