Well I’m out of options so I see if I can get someone to help. Themify said the issue was with siteground cached. And they send me a code which I don’t know how to code I thought they would be the one able to do this for me ? Doesn’t make sense to me. But okay I’ll see if I can get someone to fix it

Okay Im getting in contact with them because I paid for the paid version and I’m still haven’t the same issue. My hero section image won’t change and if it does it stays on for a few hours and goes back to old version. And in mobile version doesn’t show any of the products I publish. Only in desktop version it shows the product. And it’s most likely it’ll dissapear later too.

So I don’t know how to code and don’t want to destroy my site by messing around is there anyone I can pay to fix this for me? Because I install storefront and disable all plugins but all that did was fix my store on my desktop. But on my mobile phone it still is not showing the products or new hero section. There’s no point of having a website if on mobile The products don’t show up for customers. It shows on computer but not mobile phone. I was even able to change my hero section on my desktop but not mobile.

Update: 40mins later everything showed up and then 20minute later everything went back to how I had it before it. It keeps the new stuff I added for a a while then goes back to old version without the new products or the new hero section. This is only happening to mobile version

So the product showed up on the shop and now it’s gone. I have no idea what’s happening are servers down or why is my product disappearing

Okay I’m starting to understand. The only thing I need to know is, so I changed my domain to shopify because I wanted my site to show up in their account so I don’t have to create a new site. So that’s not possible right ? If I want my site I have to to just change the domain back to WordPress where my original website is. Meaning probably have to created another website with shopify so I’m also able to keep my WordPress website. Because all I wanted was to convert my site and URL to shopify system so is all Intergrated there. So I’m guessing doesn’t work that way? Because I change the DNS to Shopify and that’s what happen to my page. The URL is the only thing I kept, but the website didn’t convert. Maybe because to use shopify analytics I need a plugins that work with their systems ? Thanks I appriciate it, sorry just trying to understand ??

Is there anyone I can talk to to help me with that,either WordPress or siteground could they offer some help or I’m willing to pay cause I’m clue less right now, because I thought I just had to point my siteground domain toward Shopify and my site would still be visible. Thought that was all I had to do but now I don’t know

Sorry I had no idea that domain could only point to one site, I thought by doing this my site would just be on Shopify so I don’t have to create a new one. Wow this blows now I have to make a brand new site ? Cause i mean what other option do i have my old site is nowhere to be found now. And yes I change my dns for my domain to connect to shopify I did it thinking that i would still keep my site but just be in shopify also. Is there any way to do that ? Or do I have to create a whole new site with shopify ?
