Hey Jon,

We checked into it and our system doesn’t allow capitals in username. We’re going to try and fix it up with a warning for now until we can hammer a validation check into it.

I’m also looking for a solution to this. We’re trying to load wp_editor on the front end. What are we missing?

It shouldn’t be showing though I just checked the code that was left in that printed our the data and it’s commented out in the latest version. Is it version 1.0.8.4?

We’ve responded to the support request! We’ll have to take a look at the landing page to see why the ajax is not succeeding in recording impressions and conversions for you.

Since it’s a case specific issue we may even have to test on site if you would allow us.

We’ve a good record for solving or at least narrowing down issues related to impression and conversion recordings.

Hopefully we can help solve the issue and get the 1 star review reversed.

Hi is this in the ‘Template’ section? I gave it a look and it seems all is alright. Templates included in Landing Pages core are not listed there. I just updated the “No templates installed… weird.” to read: “No premium templates installed. Templates included in the Landing Pages core plugin will not be listed here.”

The ‘Add New Template’ feature is still intact too.

Does that cover it?

Maybe all the files didn’t get uploaded? Are you working on a locsl machine or on a online server?

Hi, I just installed on a new site and activated without issue. Files are good so it may be a plugin conflict or working with an older version that had the issue.

All is a good learning experience. For troublesome elements we provide a place for inserting custom CSS for each individual landing page that can tell an element to disappear.

eg: adding this custom CSS should make the div element dissapear:

.nocomments{
    display:none;
}

Or we also have a tool that helps people without CSS knowledge remove unwanted elements.

Did you take care of it. I don’t seem to see anything in the footer area of the landing page now.

It may be a conflict with the way Galaxy theme is set up; if that’s the case you can use our landing page template customizer extension to select the element and hide it from the lander, or you can use custom CSS /JS to hide the element manually. Both should be able take care of the unwanted widget box on a lander.
