Thank you for your quick and detailed reply. You are correct, there a lot of features that do not allow spam, however, 200K pages have been created since these users registered (even though I deleted those users). I even asked Moz.com to recrawl the site and they are still there.

The page I shared with you does not contain spam, however, it is a page that I did not create. Tens of Thousands of duplicate pages have been created. Is there any way to delete them?

Yes, Falcon caching is enabled. Only Wordfence writes to .htaccess. The site is forbidden again…Should I just put the server IP address into the white list? Wouldn’t that just let all suspicious traffic in?
