I have solved this. I didn’t have any pages published. Once I published the option came back.

Nick are you guys planning adding this in the future. I like this plugin but may have to switch to another one to get the download or ical button. I’m not a coder so I’m not really sure how to do what you suggest above.

So here’s my deal. I finally was able to deactivate all the plugins and a friend suggested that I add to my ‘wp-config.php’ file the following which I did:

. You will find a line that says “define(‘DB_COLLATE’; ”);”. Under this line enter (without the quotes) “define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);”

Doesn’t really seem to help. Now that my plugins are deactivated I’m activating them 1 at a time. So far

1. my gravity forms would not activate and caused a fatal error.
2. my Post Types Order and Print Friendly Plugins activated fine but when I tried to update them they caused a fatal error.

Suggestions? Should I reupload my plugins to the server?
