To achive that you need to write a custom CSS

.ycd-simple-mode-textUnderCountdown-16917 {display: inline-block;margin-left: 10px; }
.ycd-countdown-content-wrapper {display: flex;align-items: center;}

i think these lines of CSS could help you achive that.

In this version you can insert an HTML before or After the countdown.

We have Before countdown option for the circle type of countdown.
We will add that feature for the Simple countdown also very soon, in our upcoming update.

Also, I will be happy to listen to new feature suggestions.
