This is an error with the full width option.
It has been fixed and is in the next update which will be pushed out hopefully very soon.

OK, So there is a bug in the current version with the full width option that could possibly be causing this. Try turning it off to see if it then behaves as it should.

A new version will be released this week that will fix the full width bug

In the settings of the parallax item (below where you type your content) there is a tick box you can click which enables full width.

Are you using the full width option in the plugin?

Have you got ‘use full width’ checked by any chance?

Yes that is normal behavior.
Setting to 0 basically means to delete that setting which tells the plugin to automatically resize the image to fit the container.
Does doing this solve your issue?

Just an update. I have found a bug. See bug reference 16.

I have resolved it and it will be included in the next version 3.1.0 which will be released early next week at the latest.

You could revert to the old version 2.1 in the mean time; however I also noticed there is a bug in that version! the closing elements of the section and container div are the wrong way around. Most browsers probably fix this automatically so it probably never caused any issues.

Once updated to 3.1.0 please let me know if it fixed your issue.

Have you tried setting the mobile image size to 0 with the newest version 3.0.1?
This should automatically size the image to full size when on mobile.

Please can you expand a little further with what you are expecting (if it’s still an issue). Are you wanting the parallax sections to be full width of the screen?

This is detailed on the upgrade notice!!

“As the plugin has been totally re-written, there may be an error when activating the upgraded version. If this happens, de-activate the plugin (if its still active) and then re-activate. This is a one time deal only and no data will be lost.”

I can see you have already explored using the correct option to rectify your issue but there is a bug with that setting.

I will fix that bug and will push the update in the next few hours.

Sorry, I checked it on my phone and can see what you mean.

This is because of the image size setting. The way the CSS currently works is not great. It will require you to enter a mobile image size. The image on mobile devices will then revert to this size setting.

Please expand further… I can’t see an issue with the page you referenced.
