cas_error.php has an absolute "Log out" url

Brothers and sisters,

If you don’t tick “Register all users” and an unregistered user attempts to log in, they get an error page that contains a link to /wp-login.php?action=logout If your blog is installed in a subdirectory, this won’t work. Line 17 of cas_error.php should be as follows:

<p><a href="<?php echo wp_login_url(); ?>?action=logout">Log out</a> of CAS.</p>
