No need for this kind of sarcasm! I feel I need to defend the developer here, as he’s always been quick and very helpful. It’s Christmas, New Year and goodness knows what Covid-related scenario may be affecting things.

A little bit more patience would get you a far better response, IMHO.

I’ve used RSMail for a fair while on my Joomla sites. My site hoster sets limits of the number of emails sent *per hour*. In RSMail, I set the number of outgoing emails value then set the CRON script to fire hourly.

I don’t see that sort of functionality in the Newsletter plugin for WordPress. Maybe one for the wishlist? ??

I’m afraid I’m also having problems with one particular “rogue” plugin: Google Analytics Dashboard (GADWP).

No matter what I do, it still insists on updating itself to 6.0 from 5.3.10.

So far, it’s the only plugin I have disabled (it’s the primary reason I’m using Easy Updates Manager).

In the CP, I have “Choose per plugin” enabled and then I have GADWP blocked in the plugins section.

Any ideas? As far as I can make out, EUM is working fine (other plugins are updating fine – and confirmation emails go out.

The GADWP “update” was the primary reason why I got Easy Updates Manager. It’s great to turn a negative experience into a pleasant one – as I wouldn’t have discovered this great plugin otherwise! Thanks again.

I’d be keen to know if there’s a workaround for this as well. It seems an unnecessary duplication and some sites of mine have limited server space.

I’d be keen to know if there’s a way to do this too (unless I’ve missed the blindingly obvious!).

Super! Now works a treat!!!

One more thing to fix and I’m going to give you a five star review (!): the “Plugins group style” doesn’t work for me when set to “Group”. I see the “Plugins” item on the menu (with icon) but it’s non-operative. Nothing happens either on mouse-over or click. The Inline option works OK, but I’d prefer to use a drop-down.

Wow – that was FAST! ??

Updated to 0.7 (no errors) but no icons show up. I’m pasting the unicode into the field – eg. f17b, f35b etc.- is that correct?

I just tried a couple of HTML entity codes – they didn’t show either.
