To change the view of the gallery you need to go click on edit template on the gallery you want to change.
Select the layout options and choose between 2 templates -“Even” or “Masonry”. Customize the template and click on Save button.

You can simply add the posts from different categories by going to your Portfolio Source Type and category section.
Select all the nessecary categories when holding the Shift button.

Yes you need to find the image from your portfolio with a type, click on edit button and go to layers from the top.
Scroll down and you will find the button text. Just fix the type from there and click on Save button.
