Thanks for your work. I’m seriously willing to pay more for it.
Well, nevermind I found a way. It’d be nice if this plugin was AMP compatible though.
@bcrodua I’d like your advise on the matter.
“As it’s not possible to share the details here, So we request you to open a support ticket at UpdraftPlus.com”
You mean a paid support ticket, because I didn’t find a way to submit a free one other than here.
Also if it’s a matter of privacy just give me your mail.@bornforphp I’m willing to pay to fix this, but I’d like to be 100% sure that you’re be able to fix it beforehand.
In this thread alone you’re giving me contradicting anwsers, as you say the restauration was successful but @bcrodua said otherwise.
So I will ask again: Could you garantee me that you’re able to fix this issue if I paid the support for it?
Regards.I tried the manual restoration of my database from the SSH but it didn’t change the result, my website is still messed-up.
Seriously, I don’t want to be rude but could you at least try to read my first post before asking these questions?
I did a backup with everything. All the options your free version has to offer and no it wasn’t successful.
Some of the medias didn’t worked, they were greyed out and I needed to force regeneration of thumbnails. Elementor is messed-up the templates are empty and the structure of my website is a mess. It’s all due to this plugin and I want to dix this.I don’t understand your reply. It’s a restoration not a migration. The source and destination is the same and I already provided the link of my website.
Sure,
Here’s the export of my checkout pop-up: https://gofile.io/?c=H1j1rpRegards.
Okay I understand what’s going on. Your plugin is set to show the pop-up if the conditions are met in a weird way.
For example if I set the pop-up to show itself only on the checkout page, if I didn’t add a condition to not show it on products, it’ll show itself by default on products as well instead of ONLY on the checkout page.
It’s a really bad design. I only have two pop-ups, I can’t imagine the headache if I make more of these.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Issue with promo code on checkoutSorry but it’s not working at all, I tested it on Chrome and Firefox. My issue is with the promo code button on checkout not the one on the cart page.
The link of the button is displaying that :<a href="#" class="showcoupon">
