In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] How to ignore specific images (ex: Logo)Hello,
Yes, you can ignore specific images from optimization, using the folders to ignore option in the Advanced tab. You could, alternatively, use the lazy load in our plugin.
If you have additional questions, please contact us via https://ewww.io/contact-us/
Thanks,

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Webp Upgrade / JS ServingHi Sally,
If the images already on your server already have webp, you don’t need to run a bulk optimization. With the settings you have, you should have a webp image generated for new images that you upload.
That having been said, should you need more assistance with this or anything else, can you please contact us via https://ewww.io/contact-us/

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Lazy load background imagesHi Ramson99,
Can you please open a support ticket at https://ewww.io/contact-us/? If you send in you debug information from the Support tab of the plugin, that will help quite a bit.
You may have to enable JS rewrite or have a lazy load conflict with another plugin or something altogether different.
Thanks,
AdamHi Chris,
Again I’m going to ask you to please contact us via our support link: https://ewww.io/contact-us/
That having been said you can find examples of filters and their usage in our blog: https://ewww.io/2016/03/16/ewww-image-optimizer-filters-part-1/
Thanks,
AdamHi Chris,
Under the Advanced tab is a “Folders to Ignore” section. It doesn’t have to be full folder paths but can just be a common name. If you ignore those files then it won’t generate webp images.
Lazy Load isn’t automatic for WebP, it has to be enabled.
Regarding JS minification, there isn’t anything that need be excluded.
If you don’t mind, should you need further conversation or support around this, please contact us via https://ewww.io/contact-us/
Thanks,
AdamHi Chris,
I’m pretty sure there isn’t a function to exclude just webp from those files unfortunately. There may be some options though. Can you please send in a support ticket and we can look into this with you?
