Thank you for your quick answer and tips. I deactivated all plugins, switched to the default theme and rolled the Forminator plugin version to 1.19.0 (2022-10-20 – when the website was not even created and the form worked fine). The selected file is uploading correctly to the Submissions tab with or without Zapier integration and the e-mail notification also contains the uploaded PDF file. However, on the Zapier history end, the upload-1 file is still missing.

This is a test submission for one of my forms with webhook. The PDF is there (blurred and underlined) and the webhook data sending is successful.

This is the Zapier zap history for the same submission. Zapier shows no warning on the flow. Notice that the upload-1 field is null.

I have also tried the webhook with webhook.site and the issue persists. Could you suggest the same ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? Did Zapier change the API somehow? Does the Forminator plugin support activity log file to check the issue?
