I am also interested in this. I am looking to find out how I can add the All in One SEO box to my custom post types at the bottom (same way they are added to regular posts)

Not exactly clear on how to assign an author to the post type (photos in this example). Is this something I would do in the functions file where I created the post type and taxonomies?

I am also looking for a solution to this problem. Hopefully someone can help out soon. Thanks

Great – thank you very much. Hopefully this is something that will be supported with the Custom Post Type UI plugin soon, but for now I will work on the beta version using the functions.php and coding myself.

That would be great if you could put something together outlining the options. I have been reviewing this plugin for a day now and will be using it soon on a large project – so far it is GREAT but I would definitely appreciate some documentation to get the most out of this.

Just wanted to let you know I am having the same exact problem. I click on the add to widget button, and only see the white screen. I have disabled all my plugins and found the one causing the problem: Custom Field Template. Once that is disabled it works fine. Hopefully there can be a fix for this since these are two plugins my clients really needs on the site ??

Had the same problem and finally found the fix. I had the input filed for the person name labeled as [name] – just change that to [your-name] and it will work. For some reason short tag names like [name], [email] cause problems.

Same problem…been looking for a way around it – no luck so far though

Thanks for your help (on my other post also).

I tried that method but was still getting errors – after looking closer I realized I had some of the other code on the page incorrect.

It is all working great now and I am able to display certain posts on each page now which will make updating so much easier!
