I succeed to install with a lower version of PHP. I think there is an issue with one version of PHP. Please find below the 2 environments tested. If you can have a look for php7.2 / MySQL 5.7

Thanks for trying to support. I did reinstall completely from scratch on last WP version (5.2.2) under https://163.172.143.185/wp2 but got the same error message despite success confirmation. See below message at the end of the import:
