Darwood (or anyone else), could you please tell me how I can safely revert back to Contact Form 7 version 3.5.4 without losing my forms? I have the zip-File for 3.5.4 but I don’t want to uninstall the plugin and install the old version afterwards. Is there a way to go back to the previous version without losing my settings? Many thanks in advance!
