Hey Marc,

I am not sure if you ever received the message we sent you through the account page. It was about activation of the plugin addon, an issue we have halfway solved on our own since then.
We have however run into a couple of rather serious issues that mix up our stock, and we need help with this. I know support for the addon is not to be done here, but since we never got a reply on our first support message, I thought maybe something went wrong there and you didn’t even get it. I am going to try sending another support message but thought I’d notify you here, too.

How can we get in touch with you? can you drop us an email?
