@webfactory Ah, that is working now because of business concerns, we had to put a manual redirect in the .htaccess file.
Some other thing we noted that might be throwing the plugin off:
In our general settings, we have
WordPress Address: https://www.center-first.com/_main_site
Site Address: https://www.center-first.com
When we removed the _main_site from the WordPress Address, it worked! However, it completely broke the dashboard. We infer from this that ‘_main_site’ is breaking the plugin, but not sure why?
