Found it by myself. I switched PHP version from 5.6 to 5.4 and it now works.

I reinstalled from a fresh version downloaded form worpress.org (latest version). So there is no way I could have left any infected files. All plugins and themes are up to date. I did not sign for the Malware Scan.

I am just wondering if there is a way to identify the weak point. Every precaution has been taken but I am still getting hacked.

I just made a test on a test site using a fresh install of WordPress with Twenty Fourteen theme and WPML only. Same thing happens! Can I use a shortcode to display a specific category? Maybe I would run around the problem by creating one category for each language.

I know this is strange but as long as it works I am happy with it. I am not sure if I can assign css definitions to featured images. I will take a look but if you have any cue please let me know.

I want to place invisible images over the slider to act as links kind of like an image map would do. The image is a transparent png called invisible_link_btn.png. May not be the best way to do it but it is simple and it should work.

The div id that I have associated to my shortcode has a relative position. Should that work? [promoslider id=”slider_01_pics” category=”slider-01″]

If you have Firefox there is a great plugin named Firebug which allows you to easily find what css is associated to any element of your page. Just right click on the element and select ?Inspect with Firebug?. Once you have found which css to modify, it becomes very easy.

Just create div for each of them and put div id in the shortcode as follows : [promoslider id=”your div id” category=”your category”]

You will be able to place each slider anywhere…
