I went to Settings/Permalinks and resaved my existing Setting. So far, it may be working correctly again. But it is after midnight here, and I will check it again in the morning. Thank you. Please keep me in the loop if you have more information or a new version of the plugin.
I am having the same problem on my website, but unfortunately, I am not tech savvy and don’t know how to create a new .htaccess file: This is the error I got, and I think it’s the same as all the other folks.
The REST API encountered an unexpected result Performance The REST API is one way that WordPress and other applications communicate with the server. For example, the block editor screen relies on the REST API to display and save your posts and pages. When testing the REST API, an unexpected result was returned: REST API Endpoint: https://neversaydiebeauty.com/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit REST API Response: (404) Not Found
Sorry about that! I was using advertising and market research jargon, my apologies. I meant that I wish it would repost the accompanying photo along with the tweet, if there was a photo attached to the original tweet. Thank you!

In reply to: Comments disappearing & notifications issueI’ve had the same problem twice today, and this is the first time it has ever happened. Other than moving my website to a new server, nothing else has changed. Did you ever resolve the problem by doing something, or did it just resolve itself? Thank you

In reply to: [PopupAlly] How to make sure popup box doesn't show to subscribersI ended up switching to another popup. That one doesn’t show to subscribers who subscribed through the widget but unfortunately it does show to those who signed up before. They say there’s no way for them to know who past subscribers are, but I’m not sure why my current subscriber list wouldn’t provide the needed info.
Thank you both. I removed the text box that I do not remember putting there ever! and now it’s gone. Yay
I don’t know if I used the migration functionality after the upgrade. Frankly, in spite of your help tutorials, I did not find it easy to do. But thankfully, the signup box is back and the sidebar now looks better.
Thank you again
Hmmm, I’m not sure I know where to turn on automatic smushing. It must be in the settings so I’ll check to see if I’ve done that or not. thank you for the suggestion

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Previous versions used to be greatHalf of the time, the Add This sharing buttons that are supposed to be at the end of my posts doesn’t show up. The other half of the time, the numbers of times things were shared goes away and goes back to zero. I’m starting to think I need to look for another plugin
Thank you so much, Matt! It worked. I don’t know why I didn’t notice the “options” within that category
Yes thank you, Matt. Sorry I forgot to post it! My blog is https://www.neversaydiebeauty.com

In reply to: [Google Analytics Dashboard] Google's new oauth? That’s very interesting, @eberger3. I deleted the Top Posts Widget just a few hours ago because the message I got said it had to work with the Yoast Google Analytics Dashboard plugin & I’m now using Google Analytics Dashboard for WP. Thanks for the update.

In reply to: [Google Analytics Dashboard] Google's new oauth?I just set up Google Analytics Dashboard for WP and it was a cinch to do. Their video was very helpful. It’s now up and running. I did hear back from Yoast’s Google Analytics plugin, and the responder said they will be working on the Premium plug-in in the coming weeks! Gee thanks Yoast!

In reply to: [Google Analytics Dashboard] Google's new oauth?I just downloaded a different plugin Google Analytics Dashboard for WP 4.7.2, but it is much more complicated for me to configure than the GAD plugin. I’ll try getting it up and running tomorrow, if I can. I also sent an email to the contact at GAD asking if there’s a new version coming along, so we’ll see if they bother to respond.
