The yesterday released version 8.3.0 fixed it apparently. No more long url.
Just installed the old version 8.2.1 and the long url is back.

just FYI:

With Yoast 8.2.1
If Nextgen Gallery, Gutenberg and Yoast are enabled the long url is generated at NextGen Gallery -> Manage Galleries.
If NextGen Gallery and Gutenberg are enabled and Yoast is disabled no more long url.
If NextGen Gallery and Yoast are enabled and Gutenberg is disabled no more long url.

But as I said with Yoast 8.3.0 no more long url.

I have the very same problem.

The Nextgen Gallery reloads in a endless loop and the url gets longer with every reload.

If I deactivate Yoast Nextgen Gallery works without generating that long url.

It works ??

I just added this to nginx config:
