You can show only one post through the configurations provided – offset and display, but you can’t pull a specific post directly from medium.

You should be able to use offset and display to select the post you want, but you’ll need to update it once you make a new post on Medium.

Hello @maria-girelli this can be done instead by setting list=true. It doesn’t display as a carousel, but it lists the blog in two or more rows as requested.

If you want another carousel entirely, you can have multiple shortcodes on the same page

Hello everyone, the issue is that Medium has placed a firewall and possibly discontinued the way the posts are being fetched. Would have to find a working alternative soon to ensure the plugin continues to work. Suggestions are also welcome. Thank you.

That’s a possibility @mrmodestas but Medium’s RSS feed is a mess.

Hi @mrmodestas @arvan23 This is because Medium just placed most of their website behind Cloudfare. I’d have to keep looking to see if there’s a way to still get the data.

Hello @dawgz, sorry about that. The permission is related to allow_url_fopen() by your hosts but it has been resolved with the use of Curl. Please update to the latest version and try again.

It’s not included in the install script because it works regardless. So I’m surprised to hear about your situation.

Hello, You do not need an integration token. Only the handle of the account you want to get posts from.
