Update:
Even when I deactivated the UM plugin. The mark not shows up. It’s a custom wp query.

Update: ultimate member still blocking the mark that shows when user already completed the lesson

Heey @twothirty! I was talking with the support via email and we figured out the problem! It was an conflict between Ultimate Member and Wpcomplete.

Ultimate Member plugin, has an option that is set as unchecked by default that blocks the access to wp-admin for non admin users. The button for complete the lesson require an action on wp-admin and with UM plugin the users never will be able to track their progress.

The solution is to check the option that allow users to access wp-admin on UM plugin.
We need to go to
Ultimate Member > User Roles > *select the role of your members* > edit and check the option “Can access wp-admin?”.

Solved.

I bought the pro version recently and the same error continues. It would be of great help to support this.

Yeah… sad… I thought it was an isolated problem! Maybe a PHP issue.. I cant figured out how to solve it.

Try it with a custom role. Not work and the options for the admin not shows too. I dont know why… Is there anyway to multiple roles can send email with this plugin? I created a role called Coaches and did what u said.

row 135 wp-email-users.php
replace: $user_roles[0]==’administrator’
with: current_user_can( ‘Coaches’ )

row 1448 wp-email-users.php
replace: current_user_can( ‘administrator’ )
with: current_user_can( ‘Coaches’ )

SOLVED!
This plugin not work when WP-SMTP-CONFIG is active. I had to create my own plugin to configure SMTP and then Email users works good. I just wanted on future updates a option to see if every email was send corretly. Thanks!

I rollback to version 1.0 and it worked again but I believe that is a momentary solution. On this old version I had a problem that the plugin just expired users logins when they login from wp-login page. I have a member plugin and if user login from the plugin login page they have access but login from wp-login page their access are blocked.

I dont get it. I have a custom role and want to enable this plugin. But I cant figured out how to do it! Can you help me with some directions?

Find the solution! wp-login.php was edited and the LABEL lines where commented. Just delete the comments tag. This plugin use the tag label to word with the icons. How to delete the labels and just have the placeholder?
