I did check out the post above and I even tried several of the actions that it suggests. However, the problem prevails.

Upon further exploration I discovered the my site will upload smaller images (150px X 150px) but not the larger variety (1920px X 1080px).

This had never been a problem before 4.0.

I tried what you suggested and for some strange reason it didn’t work. I refreshed my browser cache and it still didn’t work either.

Then I refreshed the Total Cache and it worked. So there’s the final trick. If you have a cache plugin installed you have to refresh your cache.

My page looks great on all my Macs and on my iPad. The issue is with my iPhone.

The thumbnails at the bottom look OK but the image at the top doesn’t resize.

I don’t have an Android phone to conduct a test but I suppose the results will be similar to the iPhone.

I’m running the latest version of WordPress 3.8 and my theme is called Neuro Pro by Cyberchimps.

Actually, I wrote to them a few minutes before I wrote to you. So I haven’t received an answer from them yet.

Now something is REALY bad. I still don’t get a new page when I select “blank” and now I get a lot of junk below ever image.

I can’t tell you to visit the actual page because I have it blocked with an “under construction” plugin.

The funny thing is that I used the same player on my podcast site https://www.hablandodetecnologia.com and there it works fine.

It’s not a conflict problem though. I tried turning off most of the plugins on my blog site and it still didn’t work.

I know, it’s weird! And it’s also a pity because I love your player.
