    @supporthero One.com

    I was contacting them again just now, and it seem they can let me pass throught their panel in order to clean it up the website

    @t-p
    exactly how @supporthero said : Yandex instructions for verifying website ownership

    @supporthero
    Precisely, “Most hosting providers in this situation give you cPanel access and/or FTP access to allow you to clean up malicious files. You have to access website files, find malicious files, remove or clean them, and then request your hosting provider to re-scan your website”

    I asked my provider but they wont provide me that unfortunately, and being locked out of my own wordpress account, admin panel and everything else, I can’t (with my skills) proceed to clean up the website by myself.
    I contacted all of the supports listed in the link @t-p gave me, and at the moment is the only way I figured out how to clean my website (according to “sitecheck.sucuri” and all the others, is to register on one of their plans in order to let them clean the mess up for me)

    So now I’m tryng to figure out how to get my cPanel access or FTP access, hopefully it will work…:)

    Thanks guys for the helps and suggestions!

    Hi @t-p

    Checking it out, it looks like just Yandex blacklisted it (all the other checks look fine), but then on their website they explicitally say it’s not infected, and just to register on their webmaster section to check it out.

    Once there, they asked me to add a meta tag to the HTML code to confirm my ownership, but that gets quite difficult considering I can’t obtain access to my WordPress page anymore.

    Is it possible to get the “ownership” (considering now that I can’t do anything on wordpress at all) on my website again, contacting Wordpess in some way?

    Thanks,
    Nick

    Hi @t-p

    Thanks a lot for your quick response, much appreciated.

    It seems unfortunately it’s like I was thinking, thanks for the confirmation.

    I will apply the guide you kindly suggested.

    Nick
