Hi Julio

When I select the thumbnail mode it shows the related post with the “wordpress” logo and beneath that the link to my post.

Can I change that thumbnail somehow as per a custom jpeg or png file?

OK ! So I am not alone..

There are many of us who think alike.. One thing I know for a fact that its not the plugin makers they don’t control TinyMce technology.

TinyMce people thought of doing so in version 4.0 and I guess the plugin owners Ultimate TinyMce & TinyMce Advanced both just have to follow these changes. No choice.

Hope the advanced tables come back asap.

Here, I am my own client and my CSS & HTML aren’t that good (yet).

Why would the TinyMce people simply not re-code advanced table features for 4+ versions.

I mean isn’t that being really daft and ignorant, as a serious business you will research analyze do a CBA and then bring forth any changes whatsoever.

I don’t think the TinyMce people did a alot of that ??

Alright, You are there. Try to see if you can do anything about it.

I have got a couple of other users in the general WP forum saying they are also missing the same as no other plugin is even close to making as beautiful tables.

This is totally Insane, Advanced Table Options were the only way to make some beautiful tables.

Believe me I have tried tons of plugins easytable, tablepress, advanced tinymce nothing seems to be be even close.. ?? I am screwed…

One more feedback I would want to give you regarding tables,

— Try to add a 3X2 (simple table), the first little dotted table shape that appears for us users to work with are 0 sizes and until you write in any of them they wont be stretched & I won’t really know (Easily) which column or row is my cursor in. What if it is a large sized table 8×8 or more? and I want to start with column #4? I would have to count my cursor movements to find. Not user friendly.

Kindly look into it & judge by yourself whenever u are free.

Thanks Josh, If it were some silly developer who wouldn’t care to respond I would have shooed away forever (Which is not going to happen here).

Just one question if you can please answer, If I happen to remove UTM and not use WP Edit for a while would I keep my existing tables and their border colors etc intact?

Thank you for replying, Yes I want to use IM8 EP & CMS Tree PV together and I want to hide certain pages from the frontend view using IM8’s check box that appears on each page’s backend. I hope this makes it clear.

I remain with the following two questions,

1. Where in functions.php should I enter the command mentioned by you, in the end?

2. I am using a child theme for Mesocolumn so I would have to update functions.php inside the parent theme’s folder right?

I can sense I am pretty close to solving this with your help, will wait for a reply.
