@dddld65708 You’re the best! That totally worked. Thanks so much!
@dddld65708 We are using DIVI and @themehighsupport are saying it is a Divi issue. Are you a Divi user?
If we turn off the plugin all of the required fields are working but we don’t have our custom fields anymore. Would love to hear about your issues and see if we are experiencing the same thing!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unidentified Error on Woocommerce ShopThanks for your help. The other payment options also had issues. I ended up putting it in Safe mode which helped identify that it was actually a 3rd party plugin conflict that I am trying to resolve with the developers. At current, the other plugin is just inactive so that our store works as it needs to. Thanks again for your help.
That worked great! Thanks so much!

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] ImagesNo problem. We are probably going to change a bit of what we are doing but now that the 404’s are fixed you should be able to see what it looks like. Our web guy fixed the massive pictures but we still aren’t super happy with the way the individual testimonies look. I’d love to put together a master testimonial page that would show a list of all the testimonials. That said, I don’t love the long column look on this page:

I would like it to fill the whole page but we’re not figuring out a way to do that. Thanks for your help Richard.

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] Permalink IssueAlright Richard I think I have figured it out!
I ended up downloading Permalink Manager Lite and then went ‘Tools -> Permalink Manager’ and updated the permalinks there with the titles of our posts. They seem to be connecting now. I will work on adding the ‘View more testimonials’ part and see what I can figure out.
I’ll let you know if I am having trouble with that. Thanks again for your great support. It is definitely appreciated!

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] Permalink IssueNow looking through what I did, I am seeing that I changed the title of the review to reflect the content rather than the client’s name as it was previously. But now I’m having a hard time figuring out how to fix the broken permalink and they don’t seem to be updating.
Is that something that would be a fix for another permalink plugin perhaps?
Would love your thoughts on that. Thanks Richard for your great support!

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] Permalink IssueRichard,
Not a problem at all! Congrats! That is very exciting. Enjoy this time. It is a challenge with lacking sleep for sure but a sweet time as a family.
As far as the permalink issue, I checked that box and we had it already checked but I unchecked, saved, and then rechecked it and then went to the settings and permalinks to update and had the same error 404 on all of the reviews.
Once I can figure out the specific page redirect with “continue reading” I’ll work on the “master list” of the “all testimonials”. I want to make sure that I am getting that broken link issue fixed as soon as we can. From their I can modify the list with shortcodes I think.
Any other ideas of what might be up with the 404 Error? I changed the titles of the reviews to more of a summary title rather than their name. Could that be messing with the permalink?
Let me know what you think. Thanks Richard!

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] ‘Read More’ going to dead linksHi Richard,
Sorry about the length of time in responding. We have been putting out other fires-so to speak-so I hadn’t gotten around to fixing this. I had sent a response but had just responded in email and I don’t think it every got to you. So I was waiting on a response that never got to you! Here is what I wrote:
Hi Richard,
Thanks for the response. Yes, I have the settings to have excerpts for the read more. An example of the auto generated permalink is: https://www.moroccoaccessibletravel.com/testimonial/eugene-patron/
They used to work and I just tried one after adding a review and it gave a ‘404’ and so I tried the rest and they all were broken links. I may revamp this and instead of them having an individual review page, going to a ‘master page’ of all of our reviews. Not sure if this is possible with Easy Testimonials.
Let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks!
That said, ideally I’d like to link to the individual full review from an excerpt and once there have a link that says “Read More Testimonials” which I think I can do without a problem by just building another page and adding that hyperlink. But what I am not seeing is where to go to find the “permalink settings page”. I have looked through all the settings tabs and am not finding it. Can you give some more specific instructions regarding it?
Thanks again for your great support Richard.

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] Continue Reading…ExcerptHi Richard –
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the links. They are very helpful. I didn’t see those extra pages because a few updates put the tabs above my screen where I couldn’t see them. So thank you!
One additional question that I am not finding in documents – is there a way to set the max height for a fixed widget? I’m out of space and need the testimonial to be maxed out a certain height but I’m not finding how to code that correctly. I have found width but not height. Thanks for your help Richard! Great plugin!

In reply to: [Easy Testimonials] Continue Reading…ExcerptAnd one more question while I am at it. Is there a way to organize the testimonials from Easy Testimonials in one master page rather than each testimonial having it’s own specific page?
