Hello, running into the very same issue, please help.
Because of the error, some other js features (which are not part of this plugin) does not load on “add testimonial” page.
Please help.

Mine example: https://tinyurl.com/mryk7jzy (inspect console and you can see the error). When I deactivate Strong testimonials plugin, parallax and other JS features work again.

(ps: All plugins and WP core are updated to latest versions, all caches cleared)

Here’s the newest log, after all settings being applied, I still got cf status HIT and still the error comes up (just now, after the update, it looks graphically nicer ?? )
Speed of the site improved much on gtmetrix, obviously caching works, but I am concerned why the error doesn’t wanna go…

Yeah, dev mode is off all the time, and all A records are proxied, no worries.
By disabling many plugins I have managed to successfully have now cf-cache-status: HIT, but in your plugin on click test cache it still has the old “Page caching seems not to be working” message…
