This is a classic theme that needs a bit of reworking, so it can be used with the newest WordPress versions. Unfortunately, I am quite busy at the moment, but I will look at the issue as soon as possible.

By the way, is your issue related to the logo picture or to the header picture?

I can not reproduce the error. In all my settings, the update works as before, also at my demo site. Maybe because of some interaction between your site and the plugins, you will see all your articles again if you flush the permalinks and delete the cache of the browser.
(To flush the permalinks, go to Settings > Permalinks and Save).

Could you please tell me your OS, browser, PHP version and WordPress version?
There were only a very few changes, so it is a bit surprising that your site does not work.

This theme is designed with publications in mind, so the static homepage shows the posts or articles of your site organised in a different way (i.e. in sections and separated by categories and/or tags, like news or magazines sites do). If you would like to show a specific page as the static homepage, I would recommend to try another theme. Themes of mine that behave that you would like are Acuarela or Femina.

Last time I faced that problem, I went to Google Maps, Share, Embed, copied the code and put it in a html widget. You could register a widget area for the html widget in the theme and insert that widget area where you like. You do not have the same formatting possibilites as with the API, but the map is there and for free.

After a small investigation I discovered that it’s a problem with the PHP version instead. I’m using a method that it’s not supported by older versions.

Anyway, I’ll change that and upload a new version of the theme.

May I know which version of WordPress are you using?

Try to give your posts the format “audio”. If the problem persists, just say it here.
