It appears that when sending to both user and admin the admin mail does receive the new user registered notification. The user however still does not receive any mail.

Using a different SMTP (a personal gmail account) works however.

No mail addresses work.

Sending mail with wp_mail() works fine. It is only the new user notification that does not seem to work.

I have tried with Health Check troubleshooting and the issue persists.
