Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Malware attack and not able to access admin or blogThanks for your help James. I have refreshed the wp-includes and wp-admin folder with fresh wordpress files and the blogs are up and running.
The non-wordpress site is still not working and I will try to refresh the files in that folder as well and keep you posted.
Thanks again for your help.

In reply to: Malware attack and not able to access admin or blogThanks for your response.
I am not able to access even my admin dashboard and I have tried the following –
1. Renamed the .htaccess file to .htaccess.old in both my main website folder and the subdomain blog sub folder. (main website is still working)
2. Renamed the currently activated theme to <themename>.old
3. Renamed the plugins folder to plugins.oldNone of the above options worked and I am still getting the blank page in FF and 500 error in IE.
I have asked my hosting provider for the server logs and I will update here once I get any info from the provider.
Note – Another website hosted under my hosting space which is not a wordpress is also down and it shows a different error when I try to access the site(https://ishootmoments.com/home.php).
