No errors. There are no logs present either. The search appears to be searching for only new users on subsequent searches. We have multitudes more users than the 5,000 or so it originally searched for prior to us installing your new plugin.
Your fix ended up checking just 525 of our users. We have many thousands more than that. What would you like to do now that this fix did not work?

If you recall from our past correspondence our host confirmed that communication to your servers was fine on our end.
The “Use WordPress HTTP API” was already enabled.
Again, we have already forwarded you the correspondence from our host regarding the outgoing requests being okay.
When checking we also just noticed that the trial period was over.
I could not understand from your message but do you guys intend on trouble shooting this or does it simply not work and we should move on?
Yes. We just noticed that as well. Note that we have time/date stamps on all of the other communications showing sent/received status in case there is any question about who received what and when. Let us know when you guys are open for business again.
This happened on an earlier email to you guys, too (which we subsequently, successfully sent to you). Your server is not accepting gmail:

In other words, the last letter was not from you guys. It was from me to you showing you guys that the fix did not work.
We responded to the gentleman that emailed us. We’ll forward that sent email to the support address.

Have you guys checked to make sure .cloud sites can connect? That this hasn’t come up as a use-case scenario already is a little bit frightening for a security plugin.
