In reply to: [User Role Editor] Editor Access Intermittent – Want to Rule Out UREHere’s the exact steps.
We take a user role of Customer and change it to Editor while also adding another custom role. Then that user is losing their WP admin bar. We had two separate users lose theirs tonight at the same time.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Plugin error on your siteWe have the same issue so there’s a pretty good chance it’s impacting your entire customer base.
I’ve contacted the company with no response. They appear to be a one-man shop out of Ohio. I’ll probably get our lawyers on it if we don’t hear back in an hour or so.
Yeah it seems like they’ve screwed up big time here and nobody is out front and center doing or saying anything about it.
Yes. Thank you.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Do not use this pluginHi Serge.
Stop lying to your users. You have no way of knowing that the issue is specific to our website. If anybody reads the thread, they’ll see that your company gave erroneous troubleshooting steps that would never have been issued as instructions if anybody were actually reading their correspondence.
You have been given access to the back-end multiple times before you requested two days unfettered access to our entire user database and their personal information, with implications that as a security company you should understand but clearly you don’t.
In the two month long thread that highlights your company’s incompetence, you mention taking the feedback as if you were going to improve upon it. Coming to this thread to defend the indefensible is not that. Your customers (and future customers) are reading this.
I highly doubt it.
Serge. You have had over two months to fix this issue.
You missed your own scheduled appointment to fix the issue.
Get a clue.
It is not the job of your users to go through incoherent troubleshooting procedures.
Anybody reading this thread can see for themselves that you have a security plugin that is being held together with a paperclip and bubble gum and that your approach to service is atrocious. And I’m more than willing to share my experience with anybody that is thinking about turning to this plugin.
The last thing you want to do is give these people access to the back-end of your website when they are clearly incompetent and rather than looking in the mirror to fix their own issues they point fingers.
What will they do to your information when they’re in there?
You guys asked for unprecedented administrator access to our system. We obliged. You did nothing with it and then asked afterward for two days to look at the system. We scheduled a time for you to get that access and then you didn’t show up.
Your company is a joke and this plugin has serious issues.
Guys, you need to send email as well the WP mailing system doesn’t always send mail when you respond here.
Second, you keep giving me the same troubleshooting options over and over again.
The answer is yes, we’ve tried everything you’ve recommended and in some cases, multiple times.
Do you have any idea why your product does not work?
Okay guys. A few things that are not okay here. First, you marked this as resolved and it is anything but resolved. Change that or there will be issues.
Second, you just gave us instructions that we have completed from past iterations of trying to fix your plugin that obviously hasn’t been tested and does not work.
We are nearing two months in this debacle. Address these issues within the hour please.
Guys – we’re getting close to two months here and we’re about five days out from your last action. You’ve sent me an email asking me to pay for service. Do you just want to say the plugin doesn’t work?
Did you update it again in the last two days? Because we already updated it at your advisement.
CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”. Do you want to proceed?
We’re back to this again. Should we just assume the plugin doesn’t work?
Password recovery emails are not being sent from your website. Neither my spam folder nor the regular inbox have received anything after multiple password recovery requests. Additionally, when trying to login with a few different guesses of my password, I was given a dialogue box stating that a one-time passcode was sent for three different password entries on the same user account. Can you send me password credentials and renew the trial so I can test the new plugin?
@amagsumov I have tried with both date range selected and not. See the notes regarding some of the system behavior regarding the date range selection bugs, too.
