In reply to: [Spectra - WordPress Gutenberg Blocks] Issue with bold text in FAQsThanks for your reply. Unfortunately restoring from backup is not an option, as this is a membership site with many active users – too much data would be lost. Please could you instruct on how to run the database update manually?
Still having this issue (WooCommerce 7.8.2) – any fix yet?

In reply to: [Copy or Move Comments] No longer supports custom post types@henebry Thanks for the info! Will try that ?? Any idea why the plugin developers removed compatibility with custom post types?

In reply to: [Copy or Move Comments] No longer supports custom post typesI tried rolling back to 5.0.2, but then I get a critical error on the website when trying to move comments, so I had to deactivate the plugin. Hope this incompatibility with custom post types gets resolved soon!

In reply to: [AnWP Post Grid and Post Carousel Slider for Elementor] Filter not workingThey show the correct posts in the Elementor preview btw, it’s just once the page is published the sliders now show all the posts not just the categories selected in the filter.
Thank you so much! That fixed it perfectly – now the sidebar menu is scrollable if it’s too long for the page ?? Really appreciate your help!

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] FAQs not appearing@tanvik86 yep, it all looks set up from Facebook’s end, but on the website the chat just doesn’t show those FAQ options. The FAQs work fine if they message us directly within facebook from our facebook page, but they don’t work on the website.
@sunflowermom You’re welcome, glad that resolved it!!
Yep, sadly they just push their paid plugin whenever you contact them for support, rather than thanking you for spotting a bug or actually fixing it. That alone put me off purchasing the paid plugin, I won’t support a company who doesn’t give back to the community too…
I’m having the exact same problem – it seems to be a built-in restriction of Paid Memberships Pro.
Only way round it was to create a new page called “redirect to levels” and set this within PMPro as the official “memberships level page” but then use a redirect plugin to redirect this page to my actual levels page, where I put the PMPro levels block.
Seems to be a bug in PMPro that they are requiring a login to access this page.
Thanks @michaelbeil ! I have raised a ticket with them to investigate the issue ??
Hi @andrewza thanks so much for the message! Yes, this fixed it ?? Weirdly Stripe was working fine even without the levels page being set (we have the levels built within a custom finances section, not on a stand-alone page), but PayPal was throwing up errors. Thanks for your help!
Thanks! I’ve managed to get around the issue by installing another plugin which selectively disables Elementor on the relevant pages, but it’s not exactly the ideal solution!
