Here are the differences between WP Prayer and WP Prayer II:

1. WP Prayer use Google reCaptcha v3, WP Prayer II use Google reCaptcha v2
2. WP Prayer can export prayers to pdf, text and Excel, WP Prayer II no export available
3. WP Prayer has prayer and praise form and listing, WP Prayer II has prayer form and listing
4. WP Prayer has the option to add Terms & Condition checkbox to prayer form, WP Prayer II no option available to to add Terms & Condition checkbox to prayer form
5. WP Prayer does not use WordPress permalink for prayer requests, WP Prayer II use WordPress permalink for prayer requests
6. WP Prayer has social media share button, WP Prayer II does not have social media share button
7. WP Prayer has no option to disable email input on prayer form, WP Prayer II has option to disable email input on prayer form
8. WP Prayer can change prayer and submit button color and text color, WP Prayer II no option available to change prayer and submit button color and text color
9. WP Prayer can set the maximum characters allowed in prayer message box, WP Prayer no option to set the maximum characters allowed in prayer message box

Both WP Prayer and WP Prayer II has option to:

1. Enter comments for posted Prayer request
2. Set custom admin email notification for new prayer request
3. Set custom user email notification confirmation for prayer request
4. Display prayer counter
5. Display name on prayer listing
6. Default prayer request to pending
7. Display pray button
8. Enable Google reCaptcha
9. Display Pray button
10. Allow user to keep prayer request private
11. Set number days to display prayer requests

Yes, there is an option that allows the person leaving the prayer to indicate whether or not the prayer should be added to the prayer wall.
In Settings, check the box “Share – No, keep prayer request private”.

I have few questions:
Was the Manage Prayers site working fine before?
When did this issue start?

I suggest to delete the WP Prayer plugin and then reinstall.
Deleting WP Prayer plugin will not affect the data stored in the database.
