We have encountered an issue with the yearly plan. While the lifetime plan purchase system is functioning correctly, the checkout process for the yearly plan results in a blank screen upon clicking the checkout button.

For now, Timetics is supporting frontend translation, I mean it can be translated to any languages for now. But on the WordPress dashboard on the backend it is not translatable for now. Your clients will get the Japanese language but on the backend where you will work that will be in English. Maybe your SMTP has some issues. Because on our side and all of our clients’ side the email is working nicely: https://prnt.sc/QWWoZrRFG1hm And Host and Attendee both are getting all the notification emails. So we will suggest you check your email sending option. Better you can change your sender email and then try. And after doing all of these if you are unable to fix it then please visit our landing page and reach us more. So, we can help you more with it.

Sorry to say that, Eventin’s event is supported by WooCommerce and uses its functionalities to complete payment. It is not a product type. It is totally a custom post type. We have made this in this way to maintain some other functionalities. You can make an event as a virtual event. So, your events don’t need the shipping address like your WooCommerce virtual products. But there is no option to make it like a WooCommerce product.
You can share your idea or any improvement suggestion on our roadmap. So feel free to share it.
